Do you accept payment by cheque?
Yes I accept cheque payments when accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. Please add £2.50 to cover banking fees.

I am under 16, can I have a treatment done?

Yes but parental permission must be given for all treatments carried out on under 16's.

 

I would like to book a "Dawn 2 Dusk Girls Night In", is there a minimum number of girls or treatments required?
To qualify for the discounted prices on a "Dawn 2 Dusk Girls Night In" a minimum of 5 treatments must be booked. There is not a minimum number of girls required.

I have been told I need a patch test done, why is this and what is this?
A patch test is required for Eyelash, eyebrow and hair tinting if you have never had the treatment carried out before. The patch test must be carried out 24 hours before you have the treatment and simply involves putting some of the tint on the inside of your arm to check for an allergic reaction.

Are there any charges for late cancellations?
Please ensure you let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. I accept things happen that make us need to cancel arrangements but please bear in mind I reserve the right to refuse your custom if you make repeated cancellations.

What qualifications do you hold?
All of my qualifications are listed under the heading About me sub heading qualifications and certificates are available upon request.

Who will carry out my treatment?
All treatments are carried out by Dawn Rowe.

Do you provide treatments for men?
No.
